SHORT RULES FOR THE FREE GIVEAWAY CONTEST(s)

No purchase is necessary to be eligible to be entered into any of Alberta Diesel Lab’s Giveaway Contest(s). These Giveaway Contests are available only to residents of Canada excluding residents of Quebec. (See “long rules” at the bottom or visit the website www.diesellabco.com for information on the free entry option)
Eligible residents to enter must be of legal age within their province of residence in order to be eligible to participate in the Giveaway Contest(s). (18 in Alberta, 19 in all remaining provinces )
Eligible participants will be required to show proof of age, answer a mathematical skill testing question and sign a Release Waiver upon winning a Giveaway Contest. Owners, employees, directors, affiliates, partners, immediate family members or members within the same household (as well as residents of Quebec) are prohibited from entering any Giveaway Contest(s) associated with Alberta Diesel Lab.
Entry options: There are two options in which participants may be entered into Alberta Diesel Lab’s Giveaway Contest(s). (Note: options and quantities will not be subject to change for the duration of the applicable giveaway as to ensure fairness throughout)
Entries will be received by customers who make a purchase of merchandise on Alberta Diesel Lab’s website at www.diesellabco.com during the active Giveaway Contest(s) period. (Entries associated with the Giveaway Contest(s) are stated in the description of each item).
Participants will receive a one-time single entry (Of whichever Giveaway Contest is active at the time of receipt: IF there is a Giveaway Contest ongoing) upon emailing their contact information as well as Date of birth for proof of age to: info@diesellabco.com.
Email entries will be limited to one entry per person/email address. No repeat entries will be tolerated. In order to be eligible, emails must be received prior to the closing time on the closing date of the applicable Contest Period.

By choosing to be entered into this Giveaway Contest(s), you are hereby releasing Alberta Diesel Lab and of its affiliates from Liability in relation to the prize or the Giveaway Contest(s). Including, but not limited to, cancellations or delays outside the - Sponsors control such as natural disasters, technical issues resulting in delayed announcement, lost or delayed entries, or other technical issues out of their control.
By entering in this Giveaway Contest(s), you are hereby allowing the Sponsor to collect and utilize personal information for the sole use of drawing and contacting the winner. Once the Giveaway Contest has ended and the winner has been announced, the Sponsor will delete all personal information collected for the use of the Giveaway Contest. (not including previous merchandise order history and receipts)
Contest Period of Applicable Giveaway: The specifications of the ongoing Giveaway Contest will be clearly posted at the top of the website at www.diesellabco.com along with the prize information. Each Giveaway Contest will be open at 12:01 am (MT) on the starting day and will be closed once all eligible entries are received or as otherwise stated at www.diesellabco.com or other social media platforms associated with Alberta Diesel Lab. (The official time will be the time noted on the Sponsor’s device)
Prize information and specifications: At any given time, Alberta Diesel Lab will have only ONE prize available during each applicable Giveaway. The specifications of the Prize will be clearly posted at the top of the website at www.diesellabco.com along with the Giveaway Period.
The winner will be responsible for taxes, registration, insurance and any transport costs associated with claiming the Prize.
There will be only ONE prize option which will be clearly stated throughout the Giveaway Contest and clearly posted on the website at www.diesellabco.com and will NOT be subject to change throughout the Contest Period.
Announcement of the Winner and odds: Once the Contest period had concluded, we will utilize a third-party to randomly draw ONE single winner for the Giveaway Contest prize. Upon contacting the winner, they will be required to show proof of age via a government issued Identification, answer a mathematical skill testing question, as well as sign a Release Waiver. The odds of the draw will be based on the amount of eligible entries received within the Promotion Period.
Winners will be contacted first via phone call then email to inform them of their prize.
The winner of the Giveaway Contest will be required to answer a mathematical skill testing question in an allotted time.
Failure to respond after reasonable attempts to contact the winner past 48 hours from the initial announcement, will result in a disqualification and a secondary winner will be selected.
Failure to answer the skill testing question, or provide appropriate identification will result in disqualification and a secondary winner will be selected.
This Giveaway Contest is governed by the laws applicable in Alberta and will be adhered to throughout.
By participating in this giveaway, entrants waive the right to bring forth claims as part of class actions.
